Mr. Chomik is a Vice President of Acquisition & Development. His responsibilities include overseeing underwriting and finance of all acquisitions, in addition to management of all redevelopment and development projects. Additionally, Ross assists Asset Management in providing analysis and support on asset and partnership reporting. Throughout his career, Ross has been involved in the Acquisition of over $200MM in Office, Industrial, and Retail properties and portfolios.

Prior to joining Vision, Ross served as Director of the Finance and Analytics at Weichert Commercial brokerage. There, he assisted the company’s 60+ brokers in the analysis of all lease and sale transactions.

Ross holds a Bachelor of Science from Dickinson College (Carlisle, PA) and a Master of Business Administration, with a concentration in Finance, from Seton Hall University (South Orange, NJ).
